For sale

I’m tired. That’s the thing about a yard sale. When you’re in the middle of it you wonder if it’s really worth it. All that work and then packing it all up when it’s over because you know you’re not going to sell it all.

We started today and we’ll go till noon tomorrow. It was COLD today! Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer. It’s making me dread winter. How I hate being cold.

My dog found something she wanted. Oh how she needs a shave and a bath.

And my cousin’s baby finally went to sleep and we made a bed for her.

Sort of seems like the dog and the baby got their beds mixed up.

I’ve got one more costume to show you, but I have to make time to photograph it. Just didn’t want you to think I was neglecting my middle child.

If I were coming to your garage sale, I'd buy that blue-gray Rubbermaid tote, and all it's contents. Think 20 bucks is a fair offer? ;)

I've never had a garage sale and never plan to. I hope you have a successful and warm day tomorrow though!

I have a stack of garage sale things lining half the wall of my hallway. I am planning on giving these to a friend to sell-- they can keep the money, I just want it gone!

The boys are dying to have a garage sale. The Homeowners Association at our first house banned garage sales from the division. Our next house, we lived on a dead end street that got zero traffic. And now we live in an area that doesn't get much traffic either... so a garage sale just wouldn't be worth it. In fact, I think I'd almost pay someone just to take some of this junk off my hands!

I'll give you $25 for the bin and the bouncy, contents included. Okay, $30.

OH MY WORD! That baby in the bucket is just too precious! I so need to have a garage sale, but this post just reminded me of all of the hard work that goes into one!

Good luck today!
