Because I don’t want anyone to miss out on the cupcake goodness

I’m sharing my top secret, family heirloom cupcake recipe. Two people practically begged me to reveal it, Ruthanne and Missy. I’m not one to hold back essential information.

I realize not all of you will be able to bake at this level of expertise, but I don’t want anyone to feel left out. If you try it, be sure and let me know how it turns out for you.

You’ll need: 1 cake mix. I used the rainbow sprinkles kind. It was in the pantry.

1 can of frosting, white. This can came with pastel sprinkles which I (and this is key), removed from the top of the can and set aside for a more pastel holiday.

1 can of orange sprinkles, because it’s Halloween, ya’ll.

Mix the cake batter and pour into cupcake papers. Bake according to package instructions. Frost, sprinkle, serve. Later, reheat a cupcake (or 3, I’m not judging) for 10 seconds. Enjoy all over again.

Haha! I'll leave all that expert cupcake baking to you and all the other bakers in the world... I'm a total cupcake school dropout, and only an occasional muffin maker, though I do still have aspirations of making many more muffins...
