I'm loving the captions on my first Give my photo a name contest. They are making me laugh. If you haven't added a caption go do it now. I think it ends tonight. I can't remember what deadline I chose when I put up the photo caption MckLinky.

This weekend I'll choose winners for both contests. Sometime this weekend. In between birthday parties, a VBS meeting, church and Sunday dinner.
Kelly is doing a children's birthday party link up at her place today. I had nothing to contribute. (I kind of dislike children's birthday parties shhhh). I'm even with Antique Mommy on the whole gift bag thing. But this year, I had a brilliant idea for goody bags: a box of (20 cent) crayons and a notebook (25 cents). Who can't use those things? I love a box of new crayons!
And last, I added the Blog Frog to my sidebar on the left over there. See it? If you click on visit the A Familiar Path community it will take you to my page where I've started a discussion about the using your camera series and you can look at some of the buttons I've made for show and tell Monday and help me out choosing one. Or if you're handy with the Photoshop you can make one for me.
Or, we can talk about goody bags. You know, whatever.
The blog frog community thing almost feels like passing notes in study hall. We're all in this "class" (the blog) and stuff is going on here and yet we're in our own world (the discussion) over there, passing notes about what we're doing after school and whether or not we'd wear that skirt.
So start passing notes.

i just could not find that blog frog thing here and i really thought i was losing it or something. then i finally spotted it on the *right* sidebar. so now i still wonder whether i'm losing it. why does my computer show it on the right side when you said it's on the left? is it because i still use ie? b/c i am over 40? b/c i'm on eastern daylight time? am i dyslexic? or are you facing me so that when it's on your left it's on my right?
oh well. maybe i should just go to bed.
ROFLOL! Hold a mirror up to your computer and see if it helps.
